● Loser Token / proposed issuance v1

The first loss
mints the most.

The first $1 of verified casino gross gaming revenue creates exactly 1 LTK. Every later dollar creates slightly less. Issuance follows one public curve—never an administrator's discretion.

01

One honest first dollar

The genesis $1 of eligible GGR creates exactly 1 LTK.

02

Continuous decay

No halvings or tiers. The rate declines after every additional dollar.

03

Revenue, not volume

Only settled positive GGR can expand supply. Wager volume alone cannot.

04

No value promise

LTK is transferable; the curve does not redeem it or guarantee liquidity.

GGR issuance curve

Scarcity grows with use.

K is fixed at $1,000,000. At K cumulative GGR, the marginal rate is about 0.7071 LTK per dollar; at 3K it is 0.5; at 99K it is 0.1.

The complete rule

One curve.
No hidden tiers.

Cumulative curve supplyF(G) = G for 0 ≤ G ≤ 1 F(G) = 1 + 2K( √(1 + (G − 1)/K) − 1 ) for G > 1

G is the lifetime net-GGR high-water mark in USDC terms. K is fixed at 1,000,000.

Tokens created in epoch eMₑ = F(Hₑ) − F(Hₑ₋₁)

H is the lifetime net-GGR high-water mark. It advances only after earlier negative epochs and corrections have been recovered.

Marginal issuance after genesisr(G) = 1 / √(1 + (G − 1)/K)

The instantaneous rate begins at 1 LTK per dollar and declines continuously without reaching zero.

Inverse bonding curveG(S) = 1 + (S − 1) + (S − 1)² / (4K)

This is the GGR required for supply S. It is not a buy, sell, or redemption price.

Hourly settlement epoch

Who receives the new LTK?

Games settle continuously, but token credits finalize in fixed one-hour epochs. A lifetime high-water mark ensures only genuinely new casino GGR expands supply.

01

Net every settled game

Sum eligible stakes and subtract gross payouts across all games. Pushes, refunds, voids, promotional stakes, and unsettled play are excluded.

Nₑ = Nₑ₋₁ + stakesₑ − payoutsₑ
02

Advance only at a new high

A losing epoch lowers lifetime net GGR but not issued supply. Future gains first recover that deficit.

Hₑ = max(Hₑ₋₁, Nₑ) Rₑ = Hₑ − Hₑ₋₁
03

Allocate to net losers

Each account receives the same pro-rata share as its positive net-loss share across all eligible games in that epoch.

Mₑ = F(Hₑ) − F(Hₑ₋₁) LTKᵢ = Mₑ × lossᵢ / Σ loss
04

Publish one receipt

Expose lifetime net GGR, its high-water mark, recognized GGR, exact mint, allocation root, rounding, and resulting supply.

Required before launch

The curve must be enforced—not merely described.

  • No owner or backend account may mint outside finalized GGR epochs.
  • Negative GGR, refunds, and corrections carry forward; issuance resumes only above the prior high-water mark.
  • K, epoch duration, eligible-GGR definition, rounding, and allocation order must be immutable or time-locked.
  • Every mint must reconcile to a public epoch receipt and ERC-20 mint event.
  • Transferability must not be marketed as guaranteed liquidity, price support, profit, or USDC redemption.
  • The deployed token and accounting contracts require independent security, economic, and legal review.
