How the program works

1. Commit then reveal. Your owner-authorized smart account registers one normalized code after the ten-minute delay.
2. Share a candidate link. Visitors explicitly bind a ?ref= candidate from their own smart account.
3. Earn a fixed epoch entitlement. Rewards use the globally funded affiliate pool; unknown state is never an amount.
4. Claim permissionlessly. Anyone may submit a claim, but payment is fixed to the registered smart account.
